Death of a Ride

Unfortunately, my spring break has officially ended :( It went way too fast!  Most of the time was spent in the search of a new car for Mark.  His baby, the Maxima, is sadly heading for car heaven. He loved that car to death, literally.  He has really missed it since it broke down a couple of weeks ago.  When we found out the cost to fix it was more than it is worth, we decided to find a new car.  We were pretty excited about it when we set out.  We had never bought one together before!  We learned very quickly, however, that it wasn't that much fun.  Dealers are pushy and dishonest and there is a lot of pressure no matter where you go.  We seriously looked everyday for more than a week.  Then, after near breakdowns, we finally found our new car!  It is a Toyota Yaris sedan.  (Not the bubble thing) And we LOVE it!  We had not planned on getting a brand new car but the price was good and the car was even better so.... YAY!  We will post pics of it later this week and a big thanks to everyone who gave advice and helped us out.  Also a shout out to Steve who gave us the idea to look at the Yaris.  We had only seen the "bubble" two-door version and he got us there to check it out. WAHOO!!! We love the new ride.
